Public Review of Rebuttal Argument Begins

March 22, 2010 - There are four measures on the June ballot (click here for a previous posting on those measures and their assigned ballot letters).

Today was the deadline for the submittal of Rebuttal Arguments to be filed with our office against the measures. One argument was field - the argument filed was against Measure B (Buena Park School District Parcel Tax Measure). Tomorrow the public review period begins for this Rebuttal Argument and closes on April 1, 2010.

Only the Rebuttal Arguments are subject to legal action during this public review period.
