» What is "Vote, No Vote?"
This evening we processed all of the voter rosters used in Mission Viejo during today's election.  Voters sign these rosters next to their name and address and then are allowed to vote.  Shown at left one of our staff members scans the barcode next to the name of a voter tonight.  This data is then applied to our voter registration system to indicate the voter voted at the polls.  This is the process of applying a "vote" or a "no vote" to a voter (a critical part of the certification process).
