Second Ballot Request for the February 2, 2010 Mission Viejo Election
One may request a second ballot if the first ballot was spoiled, or sent to an incorrect mailing address. To request a second ballot, please fill out the Second Ballot Declaration, sign it and return it to our office. You can return the Second Ballot Declaration by fax, mail, or by returning it to our office. The deadline to request a second ballot is January 26, 2010.
