Only Two Days Left to Vote!
Today and tomorrow are the last days to vote in the November 3, 2026 General Election.
As a reminder, voters have four easy and secure ways to cast their ballot by 8 p.m. on November 3:
- Vote an in-person ballot at any Vote Center.
- Return the Vote-By-Mail ballot to any of our 128 official Ballot Drop Boxes.
- Use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to return the ballot.
- Drop the ballot off at any of our 191 Vote Centers.
Voters who prefer to cast a Vote-By-Mail ballot on Election Day are encouraged to use a secure Ballot Drop Box or to drop off their ballot at a Vote Center.
Voters who want to mail their ballot today or tomorrow are encouraged to visit a United States Post Office to request that a hand-stamped postmark be applied. Ballot envelopes must be postmarked by November 3 to be eligible to be counted.
For more information on completing or casting a ballot, visit ocvote.gov/voting.

Need to Register to Vote or a Replacement Ballot?
If you missed the regular voter-registration deadline on Oct. 19, you can still vote in the November 3, 2026 General Election.
California permits same-day registration and voting, also known as Conditional Voter Registration.
Before going to a Vote Center or our office, we encourage new voters to register online at ocvote.gov/register first, which helps expedite the process when they arrive. Once registered, voters can cast a ballot—same day.
If your Vote-By-Mail ballot was damaged or you made an error marking it and haven’t cast it yet, you can request a replacement ballot in person at any Vote Center throughout the county.
Vote Centers are their busiest on the last day of voting. Voters can avoid the rush by visiting a Vote Center today. To locate a Vote Center near you, visit ocvote.gov/votecenter. |
