SANTA ANA, CA – October 2, 2020 – The Orange County Registrar of Voters is hosting a press conference on Monday, October 5th, as official ballots are being loaded for delivery to the United States Postal Service, with California Secretary of State Alex Padilla, Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer and Orange County Registrar of Voters Neal Kelley to inform the public about voting options and the County’s response plans to help safeguard the election process.
