SANTA ANA, CA – Starting with the March 3, 2020 Presidential Primary Election, every registered voter in Orange County will receive a vote-by-mail ballot and will have the option to vote in person at any Vote Center in the County. In addition to informing the public about these important voting changes, the Orange County Registrar of Voters will be seeking community input on possible locations for the placement of Vote Centers.

As part of the efforts to inform the public and collect community input, 26 community workshops have been scheduled throughout the County for members of the public to share their feedback. The first workshop is scheduled for Saturday, June 8, 2019 and the last workshop is scheduled for Saturday, July 13, 2019.

"California law requires a minimum number of public meetings to inform the public about these kinds of changes to voting," said Neal Kelley, Registrar of Voters. "We are going well beyond the statutory requirements to ensure the public has ample opportunities to provide input into this process."
