Public Notice of Hearing for the Updated Election Administration Plan

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing for the Updated Election Administration Plan (EAP) pursuant to the Voter’s Choice Act will be held on August 25, 2021.   

Notice is further given that the Updated Election Administration Plan is posted on the Registrar of Voters’ website at ocvote.gov/eap.  The Plan is available in English and translated versions in Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, Tagalog, and Farsi (Persian), Gujarati, Hindi, and Japanese will be subsequently posted in accordance with federal and state law.  
Comments on the Plan may be submitted using the online comment form on the Registrar of Voters’ website (ocvote.gov/eap), by email to [email protected], in writing, or in person at the Public Hearing. Written comments should be addressed to the Orange County Registrar of Voters, 1300 S. Grand Avenue, Building C, Santa Ana, CA 92705.
