Orange County’s current 2021-2025 Election Administration Plan was approved by the California Secretary of State on November 10, 2021, as complying with the requirements of the California Voter’s Choice Act, Elections Code section 4005.
The Act requires Orange County to next review and update its Election Administration Plan in 2025. While the Orange County Registrar of Voters has not yet established a schedule to develop the 2025 Plan update, voters may submit comments about the elements of the current Plan at any time.
